Many fools are unsuccessful and has lost badly. .But I know a Successful Fool who made investment in third grade company and made a fortune and has FD of several Crores There are some smaller successful fools who had also made huge money .When ever I meet them in my broker office,I say to my broker tell me who is Bigger Fool between them and I.He know the answer but don't reply to me as respect just smile as answer..So there are Successful Fools and unsuccessful or less successful but not Fools. Now you decide who is Bigger fool.So in life ,Real fools are not Big Fools ,but less successful but not fools. You know Laxmi and Owl.So never under estimate fools, they may be more successful than you, they can rise even to become your boss as his boss feel less threatened, they may be successful political leaders. So respect them as in real life they can prove you as Bigger Fool. With Due Respect to all Successful Fools, KHARB.

The two wise men ( and i wait for the third to materialise soon):

Looks like in your individual and collective wisdom even isaac asimov is a fool to have made that quote.

Admire your audacity to opine and categorise

    "FOOL" "Innocent Investors" - wow

across the forum there's posts saying - i'm an "investor" and not a trader, how do operators fool "innocent investors"? plus these guys practise "value investing" - moat, MoS, intrinsic value, follow ace investors, etc

    amazing

with all due respects there is nothing called as innocent investors or fools there is only one segment GREEDY many people make investment on GREED alone.
remember the saying ' as long as there are irrational greedy people in the market then only rational people can make money' period
just stay away from greed there will be no loss

Don't miss the fine print guys : the cartoon mentions 'traders' and not 'investors' and hey most in here seem to be 'investors' with 'long term view' and interested only in 'fundamental, good quality stocks'

Are there fools ... Topic dissussed in another thread.

    :) ;)

@kharb sir , i think that ones success also depends on perspective one looks. one may be successful in one persons eyes but may not be successful in other person,s. so there may be dfferent opinions on a person. am i right sir?
