I am long term investor (3-5 years). Please help me to choose, Anuh pharma and Jubilant life science in pharma sector and Tata Elxsi and Zensar technology in IT sector.

    Thanks!

What other stocks you have in portfolio in pharma and tech? I have not looked these stocks in detail. In Pharma I have JB Chem, Ajanta, Shilpa and Indoco. Barring Indoco, three are doing well. In Tech I have Mindtree which is also doing well. I will look at the stocks referred by you and see if there is an answer.

Ok then why you selected only these four stocks (2 from Pharma and 2 from tech) for new investment? You read research report or someone advised on TV or newspaper? Pl give data if any so that we can evaluate basis of recos.

Yes i read somewhere i cant recollect. Probably top x stocks report from various brokerage houses on this diwali. Also both IT companies are having nearly zero debt (checked on moneycontrol, not sure though as I am techie guy not commerce guy). Tata elxsi is having niche business and zensar is growing consistently.

I read about anuh pharma on Arun Mukerjee blog. Jubilant's last year share price was also bullish.

Anuh pharma ,in my opinion,is okey. Jubilant life, in my opinion, is better candidate as it is a turning around story with sighificant upside prospects , backed by sound management & is undervalued. But this opinion could be biased as I have been holding it for 5-6 months with encouraging response. Kindly use your own discretion

I don't have Anuh Pharma in portfolio but I can see that it is small cap with a PE of 55! A small cap quoting at such high PE is very dangerous because it means market expecting extraordinary growth every quarter. If growth slows, stock will sink like stone.

I think it is risky to go with such stocks where room for error is not there. Better go for slow moving stocks where risk reward ratio is good like JB Chem.

You can know fundas of Anuh Pharma from Firstcall report (before bonus issue).

If you see all stocks at high PE are down like Page, Eicher, Kitex because of growth slowdown. There must be MARGIN OF SAFETY in buying stocks which is not there.

    Hi Jitendra,

It went down to 266.30 yesterday. Expecting little more pain ahead - waiting for a little more lower levels to add more. For one year I am looking at target of around 350+.

    Regards

    Amit
