    I am holding Ahmednagar Forgings bought at 410. Please let me know long term prospects of this company.

    Can average at this level
    positives- PE 0f 4 against industry pe of 30
    Book value is 0.77

    Negatives- Debt level about two times M cap
    good stock Avg at this level and hold for a target of 400 in 1 year

    Ouch, you seem to have bought the stock at the peak. However, this may be an opportunity to average the purchase price. The stock enjoys good fundamentals. Auto ancillary companies are expected to do well.

    The company is having issues regarding debt on the balance sheet. Current quarter results are expected to be poor. Only take a call after the quarterly results.
