What so special about speciality paper

Just going through bse site and found that Prabhakar Liladhar / Shriram credit /religare together hold more then 1.9crores of this small company. Any views about this company

Both are NBFC (Shriram and Religare) possibility is there they are holding as security for pledge. But worth studying company.

In fact, only because it's illiquid, these stocks have not grown in value," he added. Detractors dismiss Veliyath as a rash stock-picker with 'little regard for quality'.
Just bcoz it's illiquid people don't get attention to such types of shares

 

" Veliyath quips as an afterthought: "I don't buy a lot of great companies with clean balance sheet, honest management and clear business visibility. If you invest in such companies, even bank FDs would beat your portfolio returns."

 

Strategy is good but special skill is reqd to buy such stock not everyone can do it.

 

He strategies are unique & to me, he takes risks like crazy ... He has lots of guts (and money) ... As rightly pointed out by Srouta Ji "not everyone can do it"

 

He is right... For there arent any companies which fit this bill.
