   While housing finance cos are highly recommended, Gruh Fin seems to be in a downward /sideways spiral for many months now. Any views on current situation and way forward? Thks

   I suspect it is the valuation that is inhibiting buyers. The stock is quoting at a P/E of 45x and a P/BV of 16x. Investors are probably flocking to a number of other players like Repco, Dewan, IndiaBulls, CanFin etc, where the valuations are much more reasonable.
