On NSE website, there is a tip (under heading "Did You Know") "The higher the Percent of Deliverable Quantity to Traded Quantity the better - it indicates that most buyers are expecting the price of the share to go up."

However, on 16th August 2018, Pearl Polymers Ltd. (NSE : Pearlpoly), the Stock hit lower Circuit (Sellers only) but the Deliverable % was 57.73.

Similarly, on same day, Lasa Supergenics hit lower circuit (Sellers only) but the Deliverable % was 100%.

Similarly on On 14th August 2018, Lasa Supergenerics Ltd. hit lower circuit (Sellers only) but the delivery percentage was 100%.

Similarly on the same day, Adani Green hit lower (Sellers only) circuit but the delivery percentage was 99.09. Can any body explain?
