KMC speciality is a GEM?

KMC speciality is a good stock to enter for long term? CMP 23.75

 

As per my knowledge public issue was made under name as SEA ROCK HOSPITAL LTD. face value
of Rs.10/- paid share. it was traded around at Rs.1 to 3.00 that is also thinly traded. Company was loss making. Now company change the name and reduce the face value 10- to 1 /-.

 

but at this price little risk is there but I will buy small quantity.............

I did some reading... last quarter result and last year results are good in good in records.. in the last two years, it reached to 23 from 2 RS...everyday it is increasing around 4% how it can be exactly 4%
