OFS Technologies IPO opens on December 28

ennai-based OFS Technologies (OFST) is coming out with a maiden initial public offer to raise Rs 4.26 crore.

"We are making a public issue of 17,04,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a fixed price of Rs. 25 per share to mobilise Rs. 4.26 crore. Post allotment, shares will be listed on BSE SME platform," the company release said here.

I am looking for research reports whether it is good IPO or not. After success of Alkem and Dr. Lal we cannot miss another good IPO

 

SME public offerings are different from the mainstream IPOs. Look at the minimum application lot and check liquidity of already listed stocks if you're still keen. Fourth Dimension Solution is another SME IPO opening next week.
