    Since april crude oil prices are moving north, it appears crude has formed a bottom and now consolidating.
    Can I buy ONGC at current level @ 200?? or should i wait?? or avoid it??

    It is risk because nobody can predict crude price. If you have risk taking mindset it is ok to take risk otherwise it is dangerous. Better stick with pharma and NBFC and HFC stock where you make 20% CAGR with no tension.
