Please suggest your view on Vaivab Global. It is falling day by day. Should be a value buy now?

Yes, the stock has hit a 52 week low of Rs. 455. The business model is a good one because it is highly scalable. However, the company is facing severe challenges. There also appears to be intense competition. The present outlook for the company is slightly cloudy. I think the stock will continue to struggle until there is clarity on the earnings.

Well, everyone has his own view about a stock. After all, the market is made up of opposite views. One person sells a stock because he thinks it is overvalued and another buys it thinking it is undervalued. We need to respect everyone's views while choosing the one that appeals to us the most.

It is my view also that such stocks are dangerous. Better go for established companies like JB Chem, CAPF, L&T Finance etc. Large capital can be put in such stocks without worry. In stock like Vaibhav Golbal it is experiment and small amount can only be invested as trial and error.
