    Hi

I unable to find at what price Sanjay Bakshi bought VAIBHAV GLOBAL. Tried checking bulk deals in MONEY CONTROL, HDFC but it does not reflect.

Could anyone please share at what price and when he bought? Thanks so much

Information like that will not be available in the public domain unless if the stocks are purchased by way of a block deal. In fact, even the question as to whether a particular person holds shares or not will not be known unless the shareholding crosses a particular limit.

Thanks so much Meenakshi, I presume Bakshi only buys in bulk and bets big. Bakshi must have bought many years back. The reason for my query is, if Bakshi is still holding, and now that the stock has dipped, is it a good time to accumulate?

I am also unable to find any Sanjay Bakshi's name on Vaibhav Global. Don't understand why these kind of information keep on coming. Same dilemma is with Dolly Khanna's investment in Venus Remedies (which is confirmed in the shareholding pattern); but, then the stock is not on fire. Does it mean that Sanjay Bakshi did not make any investment. He has to come clean on these issues otherwise would have the same fate as Basant Maheshwari who finally got fed up with investors' ire and views and left the fort/ground.

It does not mean if a certain investor has bought into a stock then it has to fire. If that would happen everytime then they would be God or King Midas, turning gold into everything they touch or in this case everything they buy. If the buyer buys in less quantity and doesn't hold enough shares with respect to the total number of shares in public then it is impossible to know. Regarding the price that they bought unless it isn't a block deal you can't find out anything about it. Do your own research and invest in something which you have a conviction on.

There is no listed company on either BSE or NSE in the name of "Vaibhav Gems". The only listed company is Vaibhav Global.

When market was at low point and many of bargains were available ..At that time you just buy any good stock ,which were available at reasonably low price,or even pick some average stock at beaten down price. The only way was to go up as market trend was up.It wil go faster if some name is associated with it.Autimatic qualty check filter of market will start functioning when market becomes rich and ripe for correction. That is why when market is richly priced, there are very few experts who are able to bet rightly and their stock goes against gravity of southward going market. So qualty of stock is important, whether it is backed by some name or none. Can any one tell what name of so called Expert was behind HDFC bank,ITC,HDFC,Infosys, Indusind Bank Sun Pharma,Maruti ,HUL,Colgate,Kotak Bank,Asian Paints,L&T etc.Actually qualty of management and business is more important. So always look for it when buying a stock ,even if it is backed by a name of experts. So before buying always question whether it is satisfying my qualty criteria by forgetting for a moment the experts behind. If yes go for it if no ,let it remains in expert portfolio as he has enough money to foot the bill of his folly.Let market experts declare their so called bull calls of last two or more cycles.I have experience of three decades and know that almost majority of duds and stagnating stocks of today were top recommendations of more than one experts and poor small investers suffered.SO BUY QUALITY ,whether backed by all or none.Market will never treat a stock differently in long run if any stock is backed by many experts. It has only one formula of segregation that is Qualty.

Vaibhav Global was earlier known as Vaibhav Gems. It changed its name in 2012.
