    GIC housing is a good bet for next few years and can be bought on correction .

    100% Agreed. Even Repco and Dewan are good stocks in housing space.

    In my view LIC housing can be added in this basket. Basket buying of LIC Dewan,Repco,Gic housing can bought as basket and can be considered as single stock in portfolio .I expect 15% CAGR plus for next few years and can give market beating returns.But total exposure to housing finince should not exceed from 8 to 10% in total.
