Fortis Healthcare: Right time to buy? Is there embedded value?

Hi guys,

Fortis has been correcting to 160 levels (<170) many a times, but I am not sure whether to buy it or not. I am buying in for a possible value unlocking that might occur due to SRL listing. I am not sure though whether this will be beneficial for long run or not. Also, the demerger process seems quite complicated and therefore long drawn. Any expectations on when can we buy Fortis to get an SRL share and whether it will unlock value or not?

Any good analysis will be truly appreciated!
