Impact of budget 2017 on market

Hello... good morning to everyone.
Please give me advice on which sectors will be most effected by the 2017 budget.
And please tell me some good small cap stock of that sector.

 

I think power sector................

 

In my view 2017 budget may be positive for " Agro based industries " especially " Sugar stocks " due to
" UP " Election stunt ... In UP so many Sugar Industries are there and it will also helpful to farmers
and second benefited area is " Digitization " area , and third sector is benefited " Housing "area it is related to
" Cement sector " , and also " Fertilizers sector "
