Kajaria Ceramics reports 48% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Total income of the company increased by 13.01% at Rs 611.22 crore for quarter under review
Kajaria Ceramics has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2015.

The company has reported 52.55% rise in its net profit at Rs 59.83 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 as compared to Rs 39.22 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income has increased by 12.74% to Rs 619.36 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 549.39 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 47.80% rise in its net profit after taxes, Minority Interest and Share of profit of associates at Rs 58.75 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 as compared to Rs 39.75 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 13.01% at Rs 611.22 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 540.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
