2.Contingent Liabilities are also very heavy Rs.17750 cr.
3.continuous sales fall in last 5 years
4.continuous profit also fallen last 5 years
5.and also it is a loss making company
6.face value is Rs.1
7.Promoters reduce there stake in last year
8. some of prom stake is in pledge
so please avoid this stock and search for another one
