stock opportunity based on technical & fundamental - care ratings

hi,
I am analyzing if care ratings would be a good investment. it has strong fundamentals, attractive valuation compared to peers ( CRISIL, ICRA) and amazing dividend yield of more than 8%. Although based on technical parameters and PEG value, i am looking for buy at around 900.
