Recently my wife said Meesho’s courier partner Valmo has become unreliable that all the deliveries (8 of her deliveries) are getting returned without coming to our society. She also see others complaining the same about Valmo. Now she stopped ordering from Meesho if the courier is Valmo.

The company is not a typical e-commerce player as they are capital-heavy by virtue of providing the value add in repairs and refurbishments. Add to the above, as per Granules July’24 concall, for Paracetamol API, its worst cycle they seen in Granules history, usually it happens once in 7-8 years. Management expectes in Q4 FY24-25 or Q1 FY25-26, Paracetamol sales expects to get back.

Still they hold a very significant portion of shares (over 72%). I am only guessing the sale is either for personal reasons or quietly being bought by others. Like in the previous months, while they sold about 1.9 lakh shares, about 90K was bought by PGA securities (same day when promoter sold).
