Something seems off with their guidance, they talk about being at 16000 cr in 3 years time. That requires them to grow at 37% CAGR! Whereas they repeatedly talk about doing just double digit growth.

Even looking at quarterly results this closely is a waste of time. Management has to entertain because RBI/SEBI’s Equity Listing Agreement’s clause 41. Such is life! 
E.g. look at what temporary hiccups have done to market valuations of businesses like Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.
