You can wait for a few days to see if there is any institutional buying. Price increase with institutional buying could be an extended story. Not that institutions will hold for long term or that further price appreciation will happen soon, but one can hold on to the position and not exit. Averaging up can also yield some profit. Big losses are one kind of experience, and big gains are another kind of experience.

this does not include stake of duncan engineering. Duncan engineering take with Oriental carbon seems to be 100 cr as per its today’s valuation. also the private investments seem to be valued at cost. their fair value might be much higher. but holding company discount might also apply.

Navkar Corporation (12-07-2024)
JSW has put in an offer at 105.32 per share. This represents 26% holding from public shareholders which as per screener is only 30%. I believe if we go by the CMP, i.e. 119 as on 12-07, it is a price that will, not be accepted. This script looks very good to me to make any short term money as JSW Infra is on an expansion spree and Navkar corporation presents a great opportunity.
Further the company seems to be capitalizing on the torrid past 1 year that Navkar corporation had financially.

Mr.Rajeev Kaul is a very visionary person, he did work at Microsoft.
they sold their overall stake for the company’s growth, But it did not leave the company. They have stayed with the company through public investment (6% stack) because they believe in its growth.
