SWAN ENERGY LIMITED (SEL): The company focussing on sectors with strong tailwinds (25-06-2024)
Hello,
Its a really interesting detailed info of the company, But I can see that Reliance Naval is already listed entity. Also the market cap of Reliance Naval is just 170Cr.
If you have any information on the order book of Reliance infra for the 11 under construction projects it will be helpful. We may need to wait and watch how this transition takes place within the company.
Happiest Minds Technology (25-06-2024)
Any reason for this selling? I remember at the time or IPO Ashok Soota sir had said that he wants to retain 51% or the company to retain the ownership and avoid any hostile takeover that happened with Mindtree.

Ola Electric after FAME subsidy reduction (25-06-2024)
There was a article recently in Themorningcontext on this IPO. To summarise, the assignment highlighted five things- 1. Lack of further models or prototypes, their car team has been dissolved and no further models have been developed. Quality control issues have been common.
2. High attrition (50%) leads to drag in operations.
3. Promoter has been spending more time on Krutrim. This can be seen playing similar to how he left Ola cabs when it was in prime and not has been relegated to second place in India.
4. The company still sells its scooters for loss. The haven’t been able to raise much funding and this going through the IPO route.
5. Competition from established auto companies.
I don’t believe there is any particular upside in the company, unless they do some solid research, have a good team and bring an excellent product to market. Companies like Bajaj, TVS and Honda will eat their market share with their brand value, network and customer service.
EFC – Entrepreneurial Facilitation Centre (25-06-2024)
Before I answer your questions, I believe people in the thread such as Dhruv and Manhar have a lot more knowledge in this business and sector than me so they could answer it better, However I will still give it a try(correct me if wrong)
-
what he meant was the total area of the whole center should not be less than 6K. EFC has centers considerably bigger than this. and I suppose getting furniture for managed offices would be cheaper as its in bulk and uniform.
-
Check Smart sync’s video which analyses EFC. @Dhruv_Bajaj explains it really well
-
as you suggested its becoming cut throat, which is exactly why they need to differentiate if they want to stay here for Long term. Providing better cheaper services by spreading to the whole value chain is one way. Another thing, I don’t think it’s a distraction because these are extensions of their business model. they are experienced in these areas.
Hope that helps
Buying the pessimism: Trying to catch the bottom (25-06-2024)
I think IT sector is relatively non contributor to recent relly and ignored. IT big names are giving stable results & can bounce back in near term 1-3/4qtr.
Long term perspective I think they will have challenge getting business from US Market as US IT spends will reduce. those which have high % revenue comming from US will have challenging time ahead.
