Smallcap momentum portfolio (25-05-2024)
@visuarchie Also, I have few doubts:
-
How do you allocate budgets during exit and entry, so for example whether a stock is in loss or profit if it is going out, you get total X amount. Now, does that X amount gets distributed equally to the new entrants?
-
What about the stocks that are continuing from last week, do you increase investment in that or do you continue with the initial capital invested?

BCL Industries – Ethanol Pick (Capacity 3.5x in Next 2 Yrs) (25-05-2024)
In any company, my first take is in the integrity of the promoter over and above the business. Whatever may be business/ fundamental, if the promoter is not genuine then nothing to shareholders at large .
I smell manipulation of books of accounts in the past. Now, we will dig deeper for the last 4 to 6 year’s accounts to judge the promoter’s integrity and honesty etc. etc. Please can anyone give comments for the above matters…? Anyone has issues for the company, let us know so that while doing research we can keep it in mind and as a joint effort of all of us, we can reach a conclusion.

Zen technologies – A micro cap in the defense space! (25-05-2024)

Shankara Build Pro – Building Materials Organised Retail (25-05-2024)
Hi,
Has anybody compared Shankara with SG Mart? Valuation wise SG Mart seems expensive currently, but given that SG Mart just started operations this year, they would grow faster than Shankara I believe. Shankara on the other hand has gained experience and has some track record while none exists for SG Mart.
Further, can there be any rerating/value unlocking in Shankara due to the demerger?
The tech based platform for building materials seems to be gaining steam. Grasim’s Birla Pivot, SG Mart, Shankara, Infra.Market are the names that come to my mind, any one I missed?
Disc: no investments, studying.
