standalone results are fine. Revenues are like H1 mainly due to the Hollywood strikes. on a consolidated level results are down due to increase in employee expenses in the UK and Canada subsidiaries. There is virtually no sales from these subsidiaries with massive increase in employee expenses. when the company scales up these subsidiaries the numbers will look quite different.
FY 25 will be interesting to watch out for.

Matrimony.com Ltd – Lot of opportunity to grow (30-04-2024)
My view on Matrimony is that jeevansathi is loosing steam. They have tried multiple models (freemium etc), burnt a lot on marketing for several years but have not gained market share.
Investors are asking tough questions to infoedge (during conf calls) and they can not continue to burn endless money on jeevansathi. The management is also showing signs that they have to stop at some stage.
Matrimony has stood against relentless competition. That shows strong moat. Once the competitive pressure reduces matrimony will get re-rated as their margins will improve substantially.
Further, they are cautiously playing out new bets on mandap, luv.com and investing wisely. We have to see how these bets will turn out going forward.

YOY numbers are very good. QOQ there is a dip in revenue, but margin is up. Seems growth was constrained due to capacity – there is no reference to status of expansion plans.

Yes, SEBI registrations exists for Institutions as well. Any one who provides research/recommendations should have a RA registration.
Individuals can perform RA duties as individuals only. They have to get re-registered as Institutions/Corporates if they decide to form a company.
In such (complicated) cases though, I will also recommend you to contact professionals who help in RA registrations.

Pathetic result decline in revenue from operations and bottomline declines by more than 50%. With all expectations they had raised of 80% CAGR in this segment their crediblity gone. They have invested in talent as seen in increase in employee benefits but poor peformance in view of high guidance is impossible to comprehend. Will exit even it means at a loss as I suspect lower circuits will follow
