Tata Tech has announced JV with BMW
What perplexes me is why a company (BMW) which operates in same segment like Tata Motors (parent of tata tech) are joining hands.
Technically the 50 day DMA looks like a resistance for the stock.

what is the exit criteria you are following?
Great question. I am not sure how restructured the sellers, but what I know is that we do have brands like ‘Amazon Basics’ listed on Amazon which provide items at lower price. Though I dont exactly know how that works, but I feel the seller listed selling Amazon Basics probably is a separate legal entity over which Amazon has no control except that it has a partnership to manufacture/trade good using Amazon basic logo.
Similarly for Zomato Everyday they might be dealing with separate legal entities (dark kitchens) and having a commission based agreements with them. But the regulatory risk of such structure can’t be ignored.
Hi Sandeep, interesting work I must say. It would be great to keep track of this thread for many of us.
Also, there is a similar thread related to smallcap momentum investing (Smallcap momentum portfolio – #9 by visuarchie)
Finally, I had a request to make, maybe you could report your results bi-weekly with reasons for your entry/exit.
Thanks!
Same issue with my Kotak securities account. They say that shares are in my demat account but I can’t see them as they are “unavailable for trading” !
They say bank/registrar has to approve them for trading…
Amazing piece! I have one question here… India had some e-com rules where the marketplace could not sell their own products… which is what led to Amazon restructuring some of its sellers etc.
Would this also affect Zomato everyday from an existing and/or a potential regulation pov (just equalising all forms of marketplaces)?
