No Label is also good, can scale this up just like bira but not sure if management can do that or not.

Thank you Mr. Wagleji for the update and valuable inputs. It’s good to see big investors like you still invested and having conviction in this company. Gives us smaller investors a lot of confidence.
Saregama India Ltd: India’s premier music publishing label (28-03-2024)
The friction to create your own music would reduce greatly. Consider https://demo.hume.ai/ which can detect mood in your speech and also reply sounding very human like.
AI revolution is just getting started and music people will listen to will be most of the time AI generated.
I think there will emerge a platform that is best at generating songs and it will try to capture distribution within it’s app. And some AI generated songs will go viral.
Since song originate in app and not in studio, its release does not happen first time on Saregama channel (after buying the rights) but on artist’s channel.
I don’t know how it will work for movie song rights. Perhaps music rights of that space will not be disrupted.
Also, I think videos (possibly custom) for songs may be generated by something like Sora

I want to add more of sugar-based and EV space companies.
Sugar Cycles: 7-8 years of losses followed by 2-3 years of super gains! (28-03-2024)
There are reports that next year its going to be La Nina…excess rainfall in India …drought in Brazil
This shortfall in sugar production has been expertly dealt with by the Modi govt in a win win manner…farmers are happy, mills and consumers are not complaining…and a by product of all this will be a clean sweep in the upcoming election in the sugar belt…i have held that those betting on upcycle in sugar sector are basically betting on bungling of the sugar sector by Modi govt…the govt has again won.
Next year…if there is excess production, then india will first build a buffer stock…then use the excess production to export and for ethanol production
It may take quite a few years for the sugar sector to become bullish again…till then lets try not to get trapped here…
Guys …pl dont try to fight the market…dont get stuck in sugar stocks for next few years by over analysing…do remember investing in cyclicals is a game of momentum…the long term charts of frontline sugar stocks are clearly signalling an exit.
If you really want to play cyclicals…have a look at HEG / Graphite India…SAIL…THIRUMALAI…ETC
Good bye
JTL Industries – Fast Grower at an inflexion point (28-03-2024)
I feel low cash flow issues could be partially explained by high growth. Their inventory and receivables are eating into the net profits… not great but i did not think it caused a major concern given the growth.
JTL Industries – Fast Grower at an inflexion point (28-03-2024)
I think @Akash_Lalwani is referring to Zenith company being allocated a large number of shares during the preferential issue. Thats definitely a concern.
My only counter argument is that (1) Preferential shares are allocated at 300rs per share so minority shareholders were not short changed. (2) Management gave a clarification that they do not know Zenith (3) To re iterate their commitment, Promoter bought shares during the downfall although thats considerably a low number of shares.
At this stage, there do not seem to be any more clarification other than share price continue to be down. Market may know something that not all shareholders are privy to. I sincerely hope that there is no issue. I am invested and holding it.
