There was a gap-up in the chart, the stock jumped above the resistance level and started trading above it. Generally, it’s observed that these gaps get filled. That’s why I mentioned that the stock may fall down to this level. Also, previously as well it acted as the resistance, so now may become the first strong support.
Note: I may be wrong. Someone please correct me in case, will help me improve my understanding.

KRBL- The King of Basmati rice (07-03-2024)
If you compare the number of outlets of KRBL vs LTfoods you can see that KRBL has double in that part also…so revenue wise it looks justified. Also KRBL mentions about Nielsen as their source for market share…not aware any such disclosure from LT foods

Is China investible? (07-03-2024)
1/3rd of Japanese population are over 60 years old. Japan has had a birth rate below replacement level for many decades, leading to a shrinking younger population. Japan has a relatively low percentage of immigrants compared to other developed countries. Factors like these have kept me aloof from considering Japan in my radar. I, an outsider, can only take index level bets and can’t do stock picking. Stock pickers can still make hay by making selective allocations to growth sectors.
No. It’s important to diversify with Gold, Bonds and Foreign equity.

Ganesha Ecosphere – Green Earth play (07-03-2024)
There are three major risks associated with the Ganesha :
- China dumping and how anti-fragile they are will be proven by time
- Competition getting into huge scale with rPET manufacturing.
- Realisation not reaching its full potential
The only “mild moat” is the scrap collection network.
Also brand building will be very important.
Positive surprises (wishful thinking) would be Indian government allowing import of scrap or restricting anti-dumping on China.
Overall, there is a natural tailwind and getting rewarded as well.
Additionally, Helios Flexi cap fund has entered in Feb2024

Well… have you reflected how the sector has changed since then? Healthcare in overall got a push because of COVID. Unorganised to organised shift has been seen even in healthcare. Incidence of respiratory diseases and cardio diseases have increased and India in general is ageing incrementally.
So obviously, hospitals will not trade at 2019 valuations when their TAM itself has increased?
