The next 5 year targets of liability and assets are conservative targets and easily achievable keeping past performance in mind. Some of these targets like asset quality, recoveries, GNPA etc are already achieved and bank has to only strive to improve further.

In my opinion, banking sector is a reflection of the state of economy and governance. As the economic performance is continuing to give positive surprises, good banks should perform well in the next five years. As usual, Private banks will perform better and out of these, smaller well run banks like IDFCF should do even better.
The monitoring by the regulator RBI is better than I have ever seen in last 30 years, which is a big comfort.

Pipeline of assets to be monetized by NHAI in Financial Year 2023-24.
All these assets will be taken by investors/funds, who then give orders to marko.
The huge investment required for these TOT (toll opt transfer) packages ensures only well established and professional players mostly MNC /Funds would participate in Bidding.
These huge incomers wouldnt like to go with small/newer plyers with lesser experience as this would impact their start and overall biz plan, they would need a solid and reliable player who can handle operations domestically- my thoughts.

i’ve similar number of names (~40) but may be because it gave good return over last 2 year, it makes me think its diversified. i’d like go on with concentrated bets, i want to know what kind of process you followed or process you went through.

The calculation for the Tata chemicals stake in Tata sons is wrong.
3% of 800,000 is 24k. Here 800,000 is the discounted value of Tata sons.
So 24k should be the post discounted value of Tata chemicals holding in Tata sons. The table discounts it again by 50%.
