- I had few questions did you find anything about R&D spend in AR are they working on any new products?
They have mentioned in their AR even tho EV is future there are many other transport which will require engine oil because they are just not viable in electric format. - Also how does the company look at valuation front right now? I see the PE multiple is little below above 5 yr average but how does the company look on other valuation front? Is it still a good buy at current CMP?

Profits being higher is not the point. Under reporting revenue means the Sales & profits are off books and essentially not getting to the rightful shareholders & just going into pockets of the owners directly.
This is a character trait and not a one-off event. One off event is them being caught this time.
