Rohit’s Portfolio : Requesting Feedback (27-12-2023)
Been a long time since the last update – have shifted countries and jobs. Made a ton of mistakes including completely ignoring equities once the downturn started leading to bad exits (Lincoln) or not exiting stocks at the right time (Laurus Labs). Want to make it a habit of tracking my portfolio monthly – as of now the goal is to have 90% of India PF as long-term positions and 10% to chase positional/momentum ideas. Also want to exit the stocks marked ‘Exits’
Not really planning to share any rationale unless someone is interested – the plan is to more maintain a journal for myself

Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) with the State Government of Gujarat. The MoU involves an investment of up to Rs. 14,500 Crore for financing housing and urban infrastructure projects in the state.
The State Government of Gujarat aims to develop the state through various housing and infrastructure initiatives. HUDCO’s role is highlighted as crucial in contributing to India’s social and economic fundamentals by assisting in building assets for the nation.

SIB has announced a rights issue for 1750 cr, which I think is a good move considering its trading below book value.
I am also holding Karnataka bank, which is also is being transformed under new CEO, fingers crossed
