Yeah , an exit framework is important . But analyzing and tweaking the exit framework based on experience in the market is doubly important and in my view should be done atleast yearly on average. Like for example you thought a stock was overvalued and you exited but later on it went 200% up because you may have misanalysed the value (less info or wrong interpretation ) . And thus using this experience to add to the missing piece or tweaking the exit framework so that you don’t miss the next rally in the future. Just my few thoughts on why exit frameworks should have this flexibility

Hi , I have been following your stock market journey since last 6 months and am in awe of your capacity to read and track wildly different industries and your knowledge base. Just wanted your opinion on a stock screening idea . I have been thinking of tracking the portfolios of what small caps mfs are buying in India from value research and then doing my on due diligence(aka reading concalls , annual reports and vp threads) . what are your thoughts on this process. I know this is a little bit of a cop out but do want to know what are the cons of this process . I know the pros are that evidence of institutional support , and high probability of dd by more experienced fund manager with better resources and time then me . Also any other stock screening ideas would also be appreciated . Thanks

SEBI recently lifts ban against entities in Lux industries insider trading case. I thing Lux is second promising brand after page industries. Due to insider trading news and market sentiment stock has slipped from 4500 to 1250. It was showing good strength before insider trading news.
It is bitten down and I think bottomed out. It might show same strength after lifting the ban against entities…
