Entered today after looking at other VFX firms , valuation is attractive and visiblity of business is higher. Very transparent management as is evident on concall, if they delivery on growth aggressively PE will go double then current so seems excellent path ahead. DYOD

I have been doing research on this company since few days and I have exact same doubt regarding intercorporate loans. Also there are many private companies controlled by KMP with lot of related party transactions.
