Surprising to see the report does not mention the footwear part of the business which will be 1000 Cr by CY 25 and the Zara deal is that happens, this might upgrade the stock .

Sir, Could you please tell me how do we find information like this – how exactly do you know where they bought the furnace from? I am new to the world of investing – so trying to figure out how people are able to come up with such granular infromation on micro and small caps

Is it worth to hold ideaforge shares expecting that it will bounce back again or to exit from it ?

Kotyark Industries & Yamuna Bio Energy has been awarded the tender for supply of Bio Diesel for the period of October 2023 to September 2024 having estimated order value of Rs. 569 Crores approx.
From what I understand from the annual reports, the land is not owned by them, it was a 33 year lease arrangement for 30L/year, but their lease expired in Feb’23 which is still due for renewal.
Great post! Only thing I think which should be changed in this calculation is WACC. Cost of debt can be linked to AAA rated bonds which is around 6-8% in India and cost of equity would be higher. Though cost of equity will be roughly in the range of 11-17% as per the last EY report, safe bet to take roughly 14% which was kind of average they mentioned in the report. Further, WACC will need to be calculated using weighted average of debt and equity proportion for that particular company. Normally I don’t like companies with huge debts so I filter that already in screener, so ultimately, my cost of capital gets very near to cost of equity which is around 13-14%.
