Looks like the Boss @ Jupiter Capital didn’t like the chairman. Today is his last day. Honestly, I never understood why he was brought in in the first place. David Bradley hardly has any digital footprint (or the company Inbis Ltd where he is CEO/MD) for normies like us to assess what value he brings.

Interesting presentation from PPFAS. Many investor believes that small cap only gives high return. They reject large cap as mota hathi.
Study or research said that there is no size premium or to put it in simpler terms they did not find any evidence of small caps outperforming large caps over their period of study
When you look at market cap overall large caps are 72 percent of the overall market cap pool mid cap is about 18 today small cap is nine and a half percent so fairly similar from 2003 to 2023.

Punjab Govt initiates CBG plant @20 Tonnes of CBG per day at Hoshiarpur – to be ready by Dec 2023 out of Agri waste , municipality waste.
If this is done in all cities locally , then we don’t need to construct lengthy pipe lines like HBJ pipeline length of which is 2300 kms which goes from Hajira to Jagdishpur and now extended to many locations.
And there is never dearth of municipality waste in each city town. Apart from CBG as the main product , the other bye product is organic fertilizer which would be sold and used by farmers and you get organic vegetables , crops and fruits… Win -win situation for all stakeholders !

Words are not just enough to appreciate your kindness with respect to sharing your vast knowledge.
To be honest, I’m a kind of a person who never looks in to charts. But after reading your posts I’m slowly changing my perception.
I was referring regarding KVB near multi-year high via this post (Bull therapy 101-thread for technical analysis with the fundamentals – #2272 by nirvana_laha) KVB seems very near to clear its 8 year high around 135 to 140 levels.
I have depicted my understanding via 2 pictures below.
To my limited understanding, I see 2 consecutive cup & handle in different time periods.
Near handle area, volumes are diminishing.
Additionally, KVB is moving in a tight range/not going down in-spite of the ongoing downtrend in overall market. I see this as a strength.
However, I’m not sure whether my understanding is correct or not.
I’m also not sure about the 2nd chart. Shape of cup & handle is not ideal… 
Inputs/thought process from your side with regard to this would be a good learning going forward.
Fundamentally, KVB is increasing the profits in last few quarters & NPA is also on decreasing trend.

Great suggestion. I have checked the site, watched youtube and now purchased both his books. STarted implementation step by step. Extremely good and empowering.
I like the concept for its simplicity, flexibility (not dependent on particular sw), and mainly focus on action rather than colletion (that was one of my problems.)
Gives me lot of time and focus on importnat work. Also reduces stress of FOMO.
