The biggest concern is promoters/family drawing such a huge remuneration vs size of the company. Adding to that some of the family members also drawing commission and rent.
The other risk I see is, no clear succession plan, considering Atul Modi getting old (who does all the talking in the conference calls and Namrata Modi appeared just an eye wash).

i have been going through financials of Mayur Uniquoters. and found that FY23 Sales was 764 Cr and their closing inventory and trade receivables on that date was 339 Cr
it means, company will need more capital to expand operations

Want to correct your second point. The promotors holding didn’t drop to 55%. If you check the entities under public holding you will see the following-
And about 3rd point on Mr. Paresh’s resignation, I don’t feel thats a problem because it’s their family business. He exited and handed over to Mr. Vishnu. Also he cited health issues are the reasons for his resignation (we can take that with a pinch of salt though).
