Lets say invested equity is 100. ROE = 10, Profit = 10.
Assuming all profit is re-invested in the company and ROE remains constant:
Next year, invested equity = 100 + 10, ROE = 10, Profit = 11
Thus, with all profit being re-invested, the maximum additional profit that the company can generate is equal to Profit * ROE
Hence:
Profit Growth % = ROE
To generate additional profit, the company needs additional capital, either debt or equity.
Realistically, it is never this easy.

Dear sir, would you mind tell your views on a stock called Virat Crane. The stock has risen 24% this week with the highest volumes in the last 3-4 years, may very well have more volumes considering the remaining weeks on this month. The price is well above the 50 and 200 EMA on weekly chart, taken out the highs of the past few years on monthly chart, and is above 50 EMA on monthly chart. MACD and RSI are looking strong on weekly, and looks like the price may even go higher w.r.t MACD and RSI on monthly, but as it has run up a lot, I don’t want to get caught buying at a high price and wait for a couple of years to breakeven.
So I request your view on it, thank you in advance.

Personally, this does not inspire confidence, not that it is uncommon, it is common AFAIK with FMCG businesses, but this could also mean such KMP may again move if a more lucrative offer is made from other companies, even back to home, so to speak, just like in IT.
And for the stipulated time period, if any changes are made, and there is visibility of such changes in the business, if the important personnel leave, the company will replace them with available talent, and can build on the already established processes and go forward.
Not invested, been following the posts for a few days, just saying.
