I am holding for long term,
Given the company has very high margins,
High revenue growth,
Low attrition,
In Sunrise Sector,
Debt Free,
Authentic promoter,
Decent valuation,
Small in size.
I am ok with some issues here and there !

How do you think the company has compeititive advantage among its peers?
Thanks @sahil_vi for your insightful post.
The guarantee commission issue is now clearly a thing of the past. Redtape is now being run by one branch of the family rather than multiple family branches, each looking for spoils! This will go a long way in improving corporate governance going forward.
If the foot ware industry as a whole is indeed expected to grow 8 fold over the next 6-7 years & annually at about 25%, then clearly Redtape is in a sweet spot & set to benefit immensely over the said period. It is not unreasonable to assume that Redtape can continue to grow at about 29%, the growth it exhibited in Q1. If it can sustain Q1 margins, then the stock is trading about 25 times for the current year 23-24. Investors can gauge for themselves how they want to value the Co., but to me it seems further re-rating is a definite possibility, but for that to happen, the market needs to reassured that corporate governance going forward will be top notch. Only time will tell.
@Ferrari1976 I am trying to calculate these numbers Division wise. I dont think they have shared Working capital numbers. Can you please help me with the calculation steps for any one division.
AMCs have multiple funds. One fund selling to another fund of the same Fund house. This seems the most logical explaination as per me.
@RocketMan If you remember my message in June that receivables will be an issue for this company. But you had shared a video that all issues are resolved. Now you see from this issue of KJR Studio what I meant. This is a very common issue in the film line. So again I will reiterate my point of view. A very high risk high reward bet.
Sir don’t you think you are suffering from what we call as a “Confirmation Bias”. Though I hope this movie does well and Phantom recovers the money.
