Sir In EW method, we go by the thoery that says that 2 of the impulse waves ( 1,3,5) have to be equal i.e. 3=1 or 5=1 or 5-3).
Hence when we see a 3rd wave starting , we begin with an assumption that wave 3 would be qual to wave 1.Wave 3 can be bigger ( or smaller) than wave 1 but the starting point assumption remains same till the time wave 3 does not cross the equality principle.
As far as the length is concerned, we don’t take multiples wrt wave 1 rather we take equal % ge on a logarithmic chart.

Does anyone know what is Qtrly revenue guidance for HALS for the 701 and 7710 that is expected to reach 50% utilization in next 2 Qtrs?
I understand there are more HALS products getting launched in December that is also targeting export market. any revenue guidance given for that?

I just heard the conf call –
My key concerns –

The company management lacks ambition – CFO BB Singal said – “it will take 50 years for Surya to achieve distribution reach to 3lacs+ electrical outlets”. In an Economy like India where infra growth is in double digits, Surya aims to grow at 15-20%.

The company management lacks quality – If you look at the CFO, he has spent all his profession life as a CS in Surya, and now he is a CFO for last 1.3 years. A professionally sharp and a business savvy CFO might bring a different kind of drive. The CEO Raju Bista, is a Lok sabha MP from Darjeeling. Being an MP/politician is not a part time job, nor is being the CEO of a listed company. With all due respect, Mr. Bista was just reading the presentation they uploaded. He did not even answer questions, it was all the CFO. Even the board is fully of family loyalists. I do not understand this weak management setup

@Rafi_Syed @Vishal_Jajoo & Others. Thank you for details on this. I am wondering anyone has not mentioned or compared Satia Industries with comparable Kuantum Papers on this thread so far or I am missing something.
Kuantum Paper also operates from Hosiarpur, Punjab with almost same legacy since 1980. They have installed capacity of close to 2 Lakh tonnes with quarterly production of 35,000 + tonnes.
They had taken term loans for expansion started in 2019 and availed moratorium due to COVID. But they have repaid all loans ahead of schedule (details available in concall / investor presentation)
Very obvious and visible difference is in type of customers & hence may be operating margins. They boast of enjoying 500 bsp edge over peers in operating margins (which they have been able to maintain). They also reported record highest margins in Q1FY24.
Kuantum is trading at highest PE 7x compared to market leader JK Paper
