Swiggy IPO: Food delivery giant Swiggy has raised ₹5,085 crore from anchor investors ahead of its IPO, which opens tomorrow. The company has fixed the price band at ₹371-390 per share. Swiggy plans to use the IPO proceeds for investment in its subsidiary Scootsy, technology, and brand marketing.

Slightly poor results from Raymond Lifestyle but management had indicated in Q1 concall that Q2 will show slight recovery and Q3 & Q4 of this year will be very strong due to weddings and festive season.
Also an exceptional item, Stamp Duty on demerger of around 58 crore has been paid which further lowers the PAT.

But with this amount of shares, 5.3 cr. shares and the current price of 2,200 rupees per share would mean that the company has a market cap of around 11,500 cr. But the screener shows market cap as 13,400 cr. Am I missing something or the screener data is wrong?
