India’s total exports during April-June 2024 are estimated at USD 200.33 Billion registering a positive growth of 8.60 percent. Total imports during April-June 2024 are estimated at USD 222.89 Billion registering a growth of 8.47 percent.
Ashok Leyland wins order worth Rs 981 cr from MSRTC (15-07-2024)
Ashok Leyland today announced that it has bagged single largest fully built bus order from the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) for 2104 units of Viking passenger bus. This will further contribute to strengthening Ashok Leyland’s dominant position in the bus segment. The value of the order is Rs 981.45 crore

Euro Currency Speculators Turn Net Long (15-07-2024)
Large currency speculators in the Euro futures market turned net long, according to the latest Commitment of Traders (COT) data released by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The non-commercial futures contracts of Euro futures, traded by large speculators and hedge funds, totaled a net long position of 3623 contracts in the data reported through July 09, 2024. This was a weekly rise of 13142 net long contracts.
