ESAF Small Finance Bank IPO subscribed 1.74 times on first day of offer (03-11-2023)
The initial public offer of ESAF Small Finance Bank got subscribed by 1.74 times on the first day of subscription on Friday.
The Rs 463-crore initial share sale received bids for 10,02,26,500 shares against 5,77,28,408 shares on offer, as per NSE data.
The category for non institutional investors got subscribed 2.44 times while the quota for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) received 1.97 times subscription. The portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 90 per cent.
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) has a fresh issue aggregating up to Rs 390.7 crore and offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 72.3 crore.
The IPO will conclude on November 7.
Those selling shares in the OFS are promoter ESAF Financial Holdings Private Ltd, and other shareholders -- PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Ltd and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd.
Proceeds of the fresh issue will be utilised to augment the bank's Tier-1 capital base.

Titan shares climb over 2% as it posts 9.7% rise in Sept quarter earnings (03-11-2023)
Shares of jewellery and watchmaker Titan Company Ltd on Friday rose over 2 per cent after the firm reported an increase of 9.7 per cent in its consolidated net profit in the September quarter.
The stock went up by 2.23 per cent to close at Rs 3,272.55 on the BSE. During the day, it jumped 2.66 per cent to Rs 3,286.70.
At the NSE, it gained 2.28 per cent to touch Rs 3,274.50.
Titan Company Ltd on Friday reported an increase of 9.7 per cent in consolidated net profit at Rs 916 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal, led by sales of jewellery in the domestic market.
The company posted a net profit of Rs 835 crore in the July-September period last year, the Tata Group-managed firm said in a regulatory filing.
Titan's sales increased 25 per cent to Rs 10,708 crore during the quarter under review as against Rs 8,567 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Its total expenses in the quarter under review stood at Rs 11,402 crore, up 41.07 per cent year-on-year.
Tata Motors shares settle nearly 2% higher after posting Q2 earnings (03-11-2023)
Shares of Tata Motors ended nearly 2 per cent higher on Friday, after the company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 3,783 crore in the September quarter, riding on robust performance by its British arm Jaguar Land Rover.
The stock ended at Rs 647.80, up 1.73 per cent on the BSE. During the day, it gained 4.49 per cent to Rs 665.45.
At the NSE, it ended with a gain of 1.62 per cent at Rs 646.80. During the day, it climbed 4.64 per cent to Rs 666.
In traded volume terms, 22.65 lakh shares of the company were traded at the BSE and over 2.30 crore shares at the NSE during the day.
This is the fourth successive quarter of positive results for the home-grown auto major.
The Mumbai-based company had posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 1,004 crore in the year-ago period.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund's multi-asset fund has turned into a wealth creator for investors by giving an annualised return of 21 per cent since its inception in October 2002, the company said on Friday.
An investor who put in Rs 10 lakh at the time of inception would now be sitting on about Rs 5.5 crore as of September 30, indicating a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 21 per cent, according to a statement by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
In terms of Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) performance, a monthly investment of Rs 10,000 through the route since the inception on October 31, 2002, which would amount to a total investment of Rs 25.2 lakh, would have grown to Rs 2.1 crore as of September 30 this year, showing an annualised return of 17.5 per cent.
ICICI Prudential Multi-Asset Fund, which recently completed 21 years, has an Asset Under Management (AUM)of Rs 24,061 crore accounting for nearly 57 per cent of the total AUM in the multi-asset allocation category.
The fund is
