ever ATP Tour fan app, and several AI-first features powered by Infosys Topaz across the Infosys ATP Stats Center. These platforms have enhanced live match viewing and tennis data analysis with rich insights that have led to a 50% increase in traffic on the stats section of the ATP website year-on-year. It has seen over 5.7 million digital engagements from fans worldwide for its rich content including rally analysis, 3D
visualizations, stroke summaries, and many point-by-point insight tools. Building on this success, Infosys and ATP will now focus on new innovations powered by AI and data to personalize experiences for players and fans.
Singapore Market rebounds 0.93% (06-03-2024)
At closing bell, the Straits Times Index (STI) index was up 29.04 points, or 0.93% to 3,136.14 after trading between 3,114.43 and 3,151.08. Volume of 1.48 billion shares worth S$1.24 billion changed hands. Across the broader market, advancers outpaced decliners 368 to 232.

INR Settles Near One-Month High; Local Indices Scale To Record High (06-03-2024)
The Indian rupee appreciated 7 paise to settle at 82.84 (provisional) against the US dollar on Wednesday, a near 1-month high, buoyed by a weak American currency against major rivals overseas and a rally in domestic equities. The 30-share BSE Sensex hit a record high of 74,151 before ending the session up 408.86 points, or 0.55 percent, at 74,085.99. The broader NSE Nifty index claimed 22,497 before closing up 117.75 points, or 0.53 percent, at 22,474.05, helped by strong buying in the last hour of trade. The dollar index pulled back on Wednesday awaiting cues from Powells testimony before Congress later in the global day amid growing expectation of a Federal rate cut. The dollar index that measures the greenback against a basket of currencies was quoting at 103.58, unchanged on the day. However, surging crude oil prices in international markets limit gains in the local currency. At the interbank foreign exchange market, the local unit opened at 82.90 and oscillated between the peak .
Benchmarks stage rebound after early slide; broader market tumbles (06-03-2024)
The key equity benchmarks erased intraday losses and ended with modest gains on Wednesday. The Nifty50 settled above the 22,470 mark after hitting the days low of 22,224.35 in early afternoon trade. Broader markets, however, took a beating today amid stretched valuations. Banks and healthcare stocks were in demand, while media, realty and oil & gas stocks were under pressure.
