After hearing both sides, the Hon’ble Division Bench of the High Court vide its order dated December 17, 2015 (received on December 22, 2015) directed the appellant i.e. ITC Ltd. and respondent i.e. Golden Tobacco Ltd. to resolve the matter amicably.
