Diamond Power Infrastructure share price gained over 4 per cent intra-day on Tuesday after the company informed BSE that it has bagged an order worth Rs 44 crore from Powergrid NM Transmission for supply of Conductors for 765 kV S/C (Quad Bersimic) Salem – Madhugiri Transmission Line associated with Nagapattinam Project under TBCB route.
Later, the scrip closed 0.44 per cent up at Rs 45.40. Sensex fell 0.56 per cent to 25,590.65 on Tuesday.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.89% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.66% and 47.45% respectively.
The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 81.90 on 05-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs 32.70 on 11-Nov-2015.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 46.80 and Rs 38.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 257.64 crore.
The company is engaged in five business verticals–cables (low, high and extra high voltage), conductors, transformers, towers and various EPC projects– where it undertakes planning, designing and commissioning of turnkey transmission and distribution projects.
