I had a concern regarding management compensation and other payouts. As per my understanding from the latest AR-
Murali K Divi does not take salary but has some renumeration based on profits which took his pay last year to 110CR – Total pay out to directors is over 240CR.
Dividend of 16CR and rent of 8.7CR is being paid to private companies that are held by the promoters.
Non-Current investments of 80CR (up from 7.3CR) – what is this – NCD possibly in pattan Cheru Enviro Tech
Any idea on this investment into Pattan Cheru? Also the management compensation is reaching close to 10% PAT is this normal?
