I couldn’t find any news about Phase-1 COD (Commercial Operation Date) with Google search or Q4/Q1 results.
Here are various companies involved in Lithium ion batteries/cells in India. There’s a GODI India mentioned at CSIR, Chennai with BIS certification. Most are for 2-4 wheelers (not sure how complex & different it is for HBL’s use-cases).
