Currently ICICI bank is not providing online ASBA for rights issue now, the solution you have are as follows:
a) to physically fill the forms and submit at your ICICI bank branch, try other branch of ICICI bank.
b) Open account in Another Bank that allows ASBA in rights issue, example HDFC bank.
c) sell the RE in open market if time dosent permit you for either of the above Options. (tomorrow is the last date to sell the RE in market 23rd August, 2022)
