Morgan Stanley remains underweight on both ACC, Ambuja Cements on pricey valuations

Adani’s stake in ACC now stands at 56.7 per cent while in Ambuja it is at 63.2 per cent. Following the acquisition, both of the companies have changed their management and boards and have announced a change in the fiscal year to April-March from January-December.
