The Anup Engineering Ltd – Can it scale up?

I just want to ask something on technical know how of heat exchangers, as heat exchangers squeeze heat out of system & can channelize it to other machinery via other process, can these excess heat will be converted to renewable energy to move pistons or crackers to generate power and over all save 30-50% of energy bills, if these can save energy to that extent then only it’s existence makes more prominent for every manufacturer, Plz put some light into it
