Nykaa IPO valuation was Rs 53,204 Cr. It has fallen just 12.5% from IPO price.
Nykaa did 574Cr sales in 2018 and did 2441Cr sales in 2018. Business is still growing and profitability can change sentiments although the extent of fall due to selling can’t be predicted. So it’s better to wait for consolidation to occur before averaging down.
