Ugro Capital – Opportunity To Invest in a Fintech-like Company Below Book Value

There have been two more interesting deals that took place since I last wrote here –

Warburg Pincus – Vistaar Finance

Reuters had reported a few months back that the deal would value Vistaar Finance at roughly $450 million.

British International Investment – Kinara Capital

Looking at these, I doubt Ugro will have much difficulty raising the 300-400crs equity they have said they will raise.
